New Clients

We kindly ask that you fill out your new client intake form and liability waiver before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we strongly encourage you to notify Hannah Marie Wellness 24 hours in advance to cancel and reschedule. If you cancel your appointment within the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of the service price at the massage therapist’s discretion.

Late Arrival/No Show

If you are to arrive late or not make your appointment, please notify Hannah Marie Wellness immediately regarding the arrival time and situation. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals without additional charge, but please understand if you are to arrive later than 25 minutes, your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and you will still need to pay 50% of our service price. With late arrivals, we will still end the session at the scheduled time.
